Terms of Service

By accessing or using Libron ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

Libron is a cloud-based library management platform that provides tools for managing students, payments, attendance, seating, and communications for reading libraries and study spaces in India.

• checkAccounts are created by the Libron administrator. Public sign-up is not available.
• checkYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• checkYou must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
• checkYou must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

• checkUse the Platform only for lawful purposes
• checkProvide accurate information when entering student and payment records
• checkComply with all applicable laws regarding data protection and privacy when handling student data
• checkNot attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data
• checkNot use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications

Libron offers multiple plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise) with different feature limits. You agree to operate within the limits of your current plan. Exceeding plan limits may result in restricted functionality until you upgrade.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Platform (student records, payment data, etc.). Libron does not claim ownership of your data. We only use your data to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We strive to keep Libron available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data may be deleted after a 90-day retention period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Libron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
