Privacy Policy

• checkAccount information: Name, email address, and password when you are set up as a library owner or receptionist.
• checkLibrary data: Student records (name, phone, email), payment history, attendance logs, and seating information that you enter into the system.
• checkCommunication data: SMTP, SMS, and WhatsApp credentials you configure for sending notifications to your students. These are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
• checkUsage data: Pages visited, feature usage, and error logs to improve the platform.

Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure. Sensitive credentials (SMTP passwords, API keys) are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. Passwords are hashed using Scrypt. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If your account is cancelled or deleted, we will remove your data within 90 days, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
