Request deletion of your personal data from Libron, including data obtained through the WhatsApp Business Platform.

1. What this page covers

This page explains how you can request deletion of the personal data Libron holds about you. It applies to accounts on the Libron platform and to any data we obtain through connected services, including the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta.

2. How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your data in either of these ways:

mailEmail us at support@libron.in from the address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
settingsIf you are a library owner, you can also delete your workspace and its data from your account settings, or by contacting us to close your account.

3. What happens after you request

We may first verify that the request comes from you (or someone authorised to act for you) to protect your account. Once verified:

checkWe delete your personal data, including any WhatsApp Business access tokens and connection details, within 90 days.
checkWe may retain a limited subset of data where we are legally required to (for example, billing or tax records), and only for as long as the law requires.

4. WhatsApp & Meta data

If you connected a WhatsApp Business account to Libron, deleting your data also removes the WhatsApp Business Account details and access tokens we stored to send messages on your behalf. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by the WhatsApp Business Terms and Meta’s Privacy Policy. You can also manage or remove Libron’s access from your Meta Business settings at any time.
